The holidays can be an extremely busy time of year. It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of the season. Add to that the stress from the pandemic and other external factors, it can become easy to end up feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, stressed, or even unhappy. We hope the coping skills and tips provided in this presentation will help you with the challenges of changing times and enable you to have a more joyful, relaxing and memorable holiday season.

In this class you will learn how to:

  • Identify ways stress may affect your overall health and wellbeing
  • Define your holiday expectations
  • Develop new skills to manage stress and maintain wellness during holiday times
  • Set and achieve goals
  • Get help, support and resources
