March 2023 Update to TRICARE Provider Handbook

Health Net Federal Services, LLC (HNFS) has updated its TRICARE West Region Provider Handbook to add clarification to TRICARE and HNFS-specific processes used to administer the program. The updated handbook has been posted to our website.

Be sure to review the full contents of the TRICARE West Region Provider Handbook, as it is a component of your TRICARE Provider Agreement. 

Updates include:

• Added clarification about referring beneficiaries to network providers.
• Added information about providers' rights to dispute termination of network status.
