Preparing to Quit Tobacco
Before you make the decision to quit using tobacco, start by looking at your reasons for wanting to quit. First, remember this decision is one only YOU can make. There may be other people who want you to quit, but you need to make the choice and commitment to actually do it for yourself.
If you are getting ready to quit using tobacco, we can help. This class focuses on the most current techniques and medications to assist you with quitting tobacco successfully.
Enter the date for the class you would like to attend on the registration form. All classes are scheduled for 60 minutes, however, they may run longer based on the number of participants and the amount of discussion during the class.
Please note: All class times are shown as Pacific time (PT). If you live in a different time zone, you can convert the start time of the teleclass you are interested in taking to your local time by clicking on the Time Zone Converter. Then do the following:
- On the right side, type the start time on the telelclass into the top box.
- On the right side, type "Pacific time" into the bottom box.
- The time displayed on the left side, top box is the start time for the teleclass.

Participants must be 18 years or older to attend this class.
