Emergency Prescription Refills in Place in California

Due to debris flow issues in California, TRICARE has put in place the following emergency procedures:

Emergency prescription refills in Monterey, Santa Cruz and San Luis Obispo counties through Feb. 12, 2021. To get an emergency refill, beneficiaries can take their prescription bottle to any TRICARE network pharmacy. Beneficiaries and providers can use the network pharmacy locator or call Express Scripts at 1-877-363-1303 to locate a network pharmacy.
