Online Provider Education

We know when you work in an office setting it can be difficult to find convenient educational opportunities. That is why Health Net Federal Services, LLC (HNFS) offers online education to allow you to attend live TRICARE briefings. Additionally, for certain topics, we offer video recordings. Whether you choose to attend a live webinar presented by one of our TRICARE representatives or watch a recorded session, we hope you take advantage of the convenience of online learning.

TRICARE Webinars

Attend a live TRICARE webinar, hosted by HNFS (internet access and Adobe Flash Player 10.1 required).

How to attend:

  • On the date and time of the webinar you would like to attend, select the "Click to join" link and call the toll-free number in the table below. Use the access code listed.
  • You will be directed to the Zoom meeting room. Enter your name and email, and select "Join."
