Managing health care and maintaining health is important, now more than ever. Beginning Jan. 1, 2021, Health Net Federal Services, LLC (HNFS) will enhance our partnership with you to help you accomplish both. Under the direction of the Defense Health Agency, TRICARE Prime civilian-enrolled beneficiaries living in the Buckley AFB. Colorado Prime Service Area (PSA) will become part of a value-based care pilot known as the Buckley PSA Pilot.
The Pilot’s aim is to maximize the use of value-based care practices, while providing next-level customer service and enhanced care programs. HNFS will monitor beneficiary care through quality indicators to help keep patients healthy while partnering with primary care managers and network health care providers to:
There is no beneficiary enrollment or action required, and the TRICARE benefit remains the same. Beneficiaries who live in the Buckley PSA, are enrolled in TRICARE Prime and have a civilian primary care manager will automatically be a part of the Pilot.
HNFS’ concierge-type customer service will help Pilot participants get to the right provider, at the right time, for the right care.

Beneficiaries and providers will continue to use the same HNFS West Region customer service line and our online self-service tools.
