- family members of Selected Reserve service members
- family members of Individual Ready Reserve (IRR) service members

Certain TRICARE beneficiaries have the option to enroll in FEDVIP, offered by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management.
If you’re eligible for FEDVIP dental or vision coverage, you may enroll during the annual Federal Benefits Open Season or after you experience a FEDVIP QLE.
