Stress Management in Times of Uncertainty
Are you facing new challenges as a result of social distancing, working from home or other stressors due to COVID-19? Do you find it difficult to manage stress, especially during times of uncertainty? The pandemic may make it even more challenging to manage stress. This class will help you better understand stress and learn new skills to reduce the impact it has on your life.
In this class you will learn how to:
- Identify ways stress may affect your overall health and wellbeing
- Develop new skills to manage stress during times of uncertainty
- Maintain wellness in the future
- Set and achieve goals
- Get help, support and resources
