Anxiety Education

Anxiety happens as a normal part of life. Everybody worries now and then. A certain level of anxiety or stress can even help us to be alert and perform well. However, if anxiety interferes with daily activities such as work, school or sleep, or it brings significant emotional or physical discomfort, then it may be a sign of an anxiety disorder. If you are experiencing this, it is important to get treatment. You don’t need to suffer alone. Through treatment you can begin to feel relief and an improvement in your overall wellbeing.
